What you'll do

• Lead complex federal proposals, including IDIQs, BPAs, task orders, and GWACs
• develop schedules, compliance matrices, and production plans
• lead color-team reviews and executive approvals
• ensure solicitation compliance and timely submission
• manage and mentor proposal staff
• build repeatable processes and content practices
• collaborate with business development, capture, solutions, pricing, and executives
• support bid/no-bid decisions, executive summaries, and oral presentations.
