What you'll do

• Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, benefits, and coordination of benefits
• submit and manage prior authorizations
• obtain referrals and GAP exceptions
• track pending requests and follow up
• provide clinical documentation
• initiate appeals for upfront authorization denials
• review payer policies
• communicate status to clinical and scheduling teams
• document activity in applicable systems.
