Estimator — Heavy Civil Construction

What you'll do

• Prepare commercial estimates and subcontractor evaluations
• review plans, specifications, permit drawings, and owner requirements
• prepare bid proposals with cost breakdowns, clarifications, scope, and exclusions
• prepare drawing lists and subcontract breakdowns
• respond to subcontractor bid questions
• assist with pricing revisions and change orders
• provide value engineering
• prepare comparison sheets, estimate submissions, bid books, project budgets, and purchasing materials
• maintain client and subcontractor relationships.

Why this role
