- communicate nursing standards and apply accountability measures through coaching, mentoring, and progressive discipline
- develop annual capital and operating budgets with the Health Services Administrator
- analyze monthly statistical and budget variance reports
- serve on the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee.

Why this role
