What you'll do
- Support residents’ care, development, and independence
- teach and assist with daily living and community skills
- implement individualized program goals
- document activities and progress
- respond to crises and medical emergencies
- report abuse, neglect, or exploitation concerns
- administer medications as approved medication administration personnel under nursing supervision
- provide transportation as needed
- assist with meals, housekeeping, and laundry
- maintain confidentiality.
