What you'll do

• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures for construction projects
• prepare project financial reports, budget-versus-actual analyses, and cash-flow projections
• ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable regulations
• coordinate with project managers on budgets and cost controls
• monitor expenses and report variances
• work with project teams to identify and manage risks
• maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
