• Extract data from federal enterprise systems using SQL and programming languages
• manage, validate, and secure data ingestion
• create structured datasets
• develop ETL/ELT workflows
• conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• apply statistical techniques to identify trends and anomalies
• build analytical models and interactive visualizations
• connect data platforms and BI tools
• translate stakeholder requirements into data solutions.
