What you'll do

• Create and maintain weekly lifeguard and swim instructor schedules
• lead the second-grade swim program and coordinate with schools and community partners
• teach group and private swim lessons
• lifeguard during scheduled shifts
• serve as Director on Duty one evening per week
• assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training aquatics staff.
