What you'll do

• Lead merchandise buying and assortment planning across apparel, accessories, collectibles, gifting, amenities, and premium lifestyle products
• manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, inventory, sourcing, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, production schedules, quality, and delivery
• guide creative product development and brand alignment
• coordinate launches with astronaut operations, guest experiences, and cross-functional teams
• lead internal and external creative, buying, and production resources.
