The Project Executive role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with a salary range of $211,000–$271,000 per year. The position is in Consigli Construction’s Project Management Division and Department. The Project Executive provides direction and oversight across multiple projects, from preconstruction through close-out, while supporting project profitability, safety, quality, client relationships, and business development. The role also leads and develops project staff and helps ensure project objectives are met.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise projects and project teams
• lead business development and work acquisition
• oversee preconstruction budgets, schedules, logistics, risks, and constructability reviews
• maintain oversight through project close-out
• manage client relationships and owner meetings
• monitor project performance, costs, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability
• mentor and evaluate staff.
