What you'll do

• Lead and mentor senior developers
• establish engineering practices and conduct code reviews
• design and build a reusable core framework for regulatory applications
• lead migration of the legacy Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Camel stack to AWS and GCP
• deliver event-driven real-time and batch reporting pipelines
• integrate Agentic AI into team workflows and application architecture
• and work with Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to translate regulatory requirements into compliant technical solutions.
