What you'll do

• Respond to occasional email or chat inquiries
• make outbound calls to leads to schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments after validating customer information and project qualification
• answer inbound calls from internal and external customers
• validate customer information and project qualification
• follow Home Depot processes and policies
• support flooring inquiries and warm-transfer qualified customers to a Virtual Design Specialist when appropriate.
