What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• provide information about classes, schedules, memberships, and amenities
• address inquiries and concerns
• assist with check-ins
• promote memberships, class packages, and retail products
• support sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
• follow up on leads and participate in engagement campaigns
• process payments
• monitor attendance
• maintain an organized front desk
• use studio management software for accounts, transactions, and timekeeping
• update member profiles and attendance records
• communicate with instructors and management
• follow studio policies.
