What you'll do

• Set up production machines, including chucks, collets, and tool bars
• interpret blueprints
• troubleshoot tooling and machine issues
• improve CNC machining processes
• maintain and repair tooling and work-holding equipment
• support engineering APQP activities and automation initiatives
• maintain work instructions
• train operators
• lead preventive maintenance and corrective actions
• apply Lean Manufacturing principles
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
