The Manager, Testing and Certification – North America role is fully onsite in Rocky Hill, CT, five days per week. Compensation is $112,000–$135,000 per year. The position supports Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, which develops adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings for customers and industries. The manager leads laboratory staff and testing capabilities to deliver reliable adhesive testing and technical guidance. The role develops people, methods, equipment, and infrastructure, while coordinating laboratory resources and maintaining safety and quality-system compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead engineers, technicians, and temporary employees in adhesive testing
• provide testing guidance
• manage laboratory capability and equipment plans
• own CAPEX projects
• coordinate capabilities across Henkel laboratories
• ensure compliance with SHE requirements and quality systems including ISO 17025 and ISO 9001
• strengthen FEA testing and modernize workflows with automation and digital records.
