What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, and other appliances
• complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• replace faulty parts
• perform installations, replacements, and general maintenance when needed
• assist the onsite maintenance team with other property needs as time allows
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
