What you'll do

• Oversee claims processing, clearinghouse operations, accounts receivable, payer relations, compliance, and staff development
• train and supervise billing and credentialing staff
• maintain the revenue-cycle dashboard and present monthly data to the CFO
• monitor billing trends, denials, and key performance indicators
• maintain fee schedules
• improve workflows and revenue integrity
• oversee claims, payment posting, denials, and patient collections
• support audits and regulatory reporting
• coordinate the Sliding Fee Discount Program
• travel between locations as needed.
