Senior Scientist, Reference Standards

What you'll do

• Synthesize, purify, and optimize reference standard compounds, including PFAS, PAHs, and pesticides
• use small-scale synthesis, distillation, recrystallization, and manual and automated chromatography
• document procedures and results in SOPs and experience reports
• support process transfer to Manufacturing
• collaborate with Analytical Development, Manufacturing, and Product Management
• mentor junior chemists
• deliver internal technical presentations
• follow Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
