What you'll do

• Assist teachers with instructional duties and classroom materials
• provide individual and group instructional support
• present developmental activities and reinforce concepts
• collect and record student data
• maintain teacher-established behavior procedures and implement behavior plans
• support speech and language practice as directed
• supervise learning centers
• assist students with materials
• operate computer and audiovisual equipment
• and provide personal hygiene and physical care as required.
