What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and meaningful activities
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• follow dietary instructions and individualized care plans
• provide medication reminders and report changes in condition
• help with light housekeeping and laundry
• provide transportation for errands or appointments when included in the care plan
• complete documentation using the WellSky app.
