What you'll do

• Answer residents’ call lights and determine their needs
• turn and reposition residents
• assist with daily living activities including bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, and exercise
• review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences
• record food and liquid intake and output as needed
• report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
