HVACR Service Technician

Job overview

The HVACR Service Technician role is onsite in Cliff Island, ME. Compensation is not specified. The technician reports to the Service Manager and serves industrial, commercial, and residential customers for Laconia Refrigeration. The role diagnoses and completes HVACR service work to meet customer needs and support efficient service operations. It also contributes to team training, customer education and sales, lead referrals, and support for the indoor air quality and installation departments as assigned.

What you'll do

• Perform routine HVACR service activities independently
• participate in service teams
• assist senior technicians with employee training on service topics and equipment protocols
• offer indoor air quality services, components, replacements, add-on units, and residential service contracts at the point of work
• develop sales lead referrals
• support indoor air quality and installation departments as assigned.
