Reconstruction Foreman

What you'll do

• Perform drywall repair and replacement, rough and finish carpentry, trim and door installation, painting, touch-ups, punch-list work, and general reconstruction repairs
• take production photos and document progress
• conduct site inspections and quality-control walkthroughs
• assist with project documentation, material verification, and jobsite readiness
• communicate progress and concerns to project managers
• meet with customers, vendors, adjusters, and subcontractors when needed
• identify scope deficiencies, incomplete work, and warranty items.
