What you'll do

• Address resident service requests

• perform preventive maintenance
• assist with landscaping, trash removal, and cleaning
• identify hazardous conditions
• prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
• troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and handle some tile, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
