What you'll do

• Receive, review, and process FOIA and Privacy Act requests.
• Apply FOIA exemptions and Privacy Act provisions.
• Utilize electronic redaction tools to prepare releasable versions of records.
• Draft response letters, memoranda, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain highly accurate case files and tracking information.
• Cultivate strong relationships with the customer.
• Complete specialized training regarding classification and declassification.
