What you'll do

• Provide a high-level customer experience
• support patient transitions from exams to optical services
• explain doctor recommendations
• fit frames and select lenses and coatings
• repair, adjust, inspect, troubleshoot, and dispense eyewear
• calculate insurance copays and overages
• authorize and bill claims
• verify prescriptions
• answer phones and schedule appointments
• maintain office organization.
