Physical Therapist (PT) - Inpatient Therapist

Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establish a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and patient capabilities. Plan, prepare, and carry out individualized physical treatment programs. Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques.
