What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end retail demand plan across stores at model, color, size, and monthly levels
• maintain forecasts aligned with store performance, inventory targets, and commercial plans
• translate forecasts into open-to-buy and supply-planning inputs
• incorporate store trends, regional performance, and product lifecycle into forecasts
• monitor sell-through, inventory, and stock productivity
• align demand planning with merchandising, retail, finance, and supply chain
• lead and develop allocators
• oversee initial allocations, replenishment, and in-season inventory balancing
• improve forecasting, allocation, and retail planning processes
• travel 20%.
