What you'll do
- Provide first-line NetSuite user support across business teams
- maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and employee records
- assist with CSV imports and data validation
- troubleshoot transactions and inventory workflows
- maintain master data
- document processes
- test system enhancements
- support integrations and user training.
