The caregiver supports residents at Bay Harbor Senior Living of La Crescent and helps provide peace of mind to their families. The role provides personalized assistance and follows each resident’s Plan of Care to support physical, emotional, and social well-being. It also involves communicating changes or concerns, maintaining accurate records, and helping keep the community safe and home-like.

What you'll do

• Provide medication assistance and personal care support
• carry out individualized Plans of Care using appropriate therapeutic techniques
• communicate resident changes and concerns to a supervisor
• maintain accurate records in line with facility, state, and federal standards
• help maintain a clean, safe environment
• respond to resident and household needs
• participate in meetings, in-service training, and online education
• work with the team to support resident well-being.
