Floating Teller Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop teller and service transaction specialist teams
• support branch operations, cash controls, security, and compliance
• guide staff on procedures and regulations
• conduct performance evaluations
• assist with account openings and maintenance
• monitor branch performance
• collaborate on process improvements and member engagement
• support community outreach.
