Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Read diet cards and production orders
• place utensils, napkins, and condiments on trays
• prepare food items under cook supervision
• blend foods for soft or liquid diets
• portion meals according to diet lists
• check tray completeness and quality
• deliver trays to residents
• collect dishes
• store food and supplies
• wash dishes and clean work areas
• dispose of trash
• record special food items served.
