What you'll do

• Provide first-line technical support to machine operators and utility personnel
• assign employees to production lines and monitor machine schedules and speed
• inspect hourly product samples for quality defects and waste
• assist with machine changeovers and order changes
• clean and repair machines as needed
• reinforce safety procedures
• submit production reports
• coordinate breaks and relief
• evaluate employee performance and provide counseling or disciplinary action as described
• train new employees
• maintain material supplies and clean work areas
• follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety practices.
