What you'll do

• Gather intake information

• collect vital signs, medication reconciliation, and spirometry data
• document in the EHR
• prepare patients for provider encounters
• assist with testing and treatments
• provide test and treatment instructions and supervised education
• notify patients of results under provider supervision
• maintain exam rooms and supplies
• coordinate appointments, testing, and referrals.
