What you'll do

• Lead strategic and day-to-day operations across Rooms, Food and Beverage, Culinary, and Security
• partner with the General Manager and executive team on priorities, service standards, financial objectives, and initiatives. Oversee Rooms operations, staffing, training, productivity, guest feedback, forecasting, labor, profitability, security protocols, and leader and associate development.
