What you'll do

• Manage the facility’s day-to-day quality control function
• facilitate internal, external, and customer audits
• prepare remediation plans and responses for approval
• conduct internal spot audits
• lead quality investigations
• create and revise quality documents
• investigate and close non-conformances
• maintain metrics and management reports
• manage document control
• review customer paperwork before shipment. Requires SPC experience, five or more years of quality experience, computer skills, and ability to use inspection devices and interpret blueprints and specifications.
