What you'll do

• Polish and inspect glassware, silverware, and tableware
• store items in designated areas
• assist with dishwashing-related cleaning
• maintain an organized back-of-house workspace
• coordinate with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
• replenish polished items during service
• use polishing equipment properly
• report damaged items to management.
