Project Manager, Plumbing and HVAC Estimating

The Project Manager, Plumbing and HVAC Estimating role is onsite in Providence, RI, with compensation of $125,000–$175,000 per year. This position combines customer relationship management, estimating, sales, and project management to support projects from proposal through completion. The work includes preparing estimates and scope proposals, coordinating materials and equipment, tracking project costs and plans, and supporting project resources and change orders.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• read contracts, construction documents, and plans
• write scope proposals
• estimate plumbing and HVAC work for commercial remodels
• attend project meetings and scope reviews
• procure materials and equipment
• support projects from start to finish
• perform take-offs and deliver submittals
• recommend manpower and resources
• identify and perform change orders
• maintain project plans and job costing
• support requisitions according to contract or project requirements.
