The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager role is onsite in Maggie Valley, NC. Compensation is $34–$41.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. What you'll do

• Lead and supervise nursing staff
• coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• assess residents and update care plans
• guide and support nursing staff
• assist with training and orientation
• respond to emergencies according to established protocols
• perform other duties as needed for resident care.

An active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license is required; an LPN may be considered based on experience. Eligible full-time hires may receive a $10,000 retention bonus.
