What you'll do

• Set up and program CNC equipment to fabricate fixtures, molds, and parts from aluminum, plastic, and stainless steel
• create precision fits
• inspect parts and maintain CMM programs
• assess designs and recommend fabrication improvements
• support purchasing of materials, tools, and fixtures
• maintain equipment and develop preventive maintenance plans
• assemble and test automated machines
• maintain shop cleanliness and safety
• collaborate on machining techniques and processes.
