The Senior Project/Program Manager – Biosciences Integration role is hybrid in Milpitas, CA, with remote candidates potentially considered based on experience and qualifications. Pay is $60–$75 per hour. The role supports the Biosciences Integration PMO and a global regulatory registration and product transition program. The manager integrates cross-functional work into executable plans, tracks milestones and dependencies, manages risks, and drives decisions and accountability across regulated life sciences initiatives, including product registrations and transitions.

What you'll do

• Lead projects and workstreams
• build integrated plans across regulatory, technical documentation, labeling, quality, R&D, operations, supply chain, commercial, and IT
• coordinate functional leaders and deliverables
• manage risks, issues, actions, decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and resource constraints
• facilitate planning and review meetings
• maintain project reporting, trackers, databases, and dashboards
• communicate status and escalate material issues.
