Technical Training Engineer

Job overview

The Technical Training Engineer works fully onsite in Henderson, NV, weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and reports to the Director of Technical Functions. The salary range is $70,000–$77,000 per year. Alliance North America supplies power generators, air compressors, and hybrid energy systems and provides equipment support and training. The role builds training and operator-certification programs that translate engineering standards into consistent production skills. It supports workforce readiness, new product launches, and measurable improvements in training effectiveness in partnership with engineering, production, quality, and safety teams.

What you'll do

• Build and update production-role training curricula
• develop station-level work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids from engineering documents
• deliver hands-on onboarding, cross-training, and requalification
• support training pilots and validation for new product lines
• maintain operator skills matrices, certifications, and training records
• help identify role skills and screening criteria
• apply lean, standardized-work, and TWI Job Instruction methods
• track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
