What you'll do

• Manage multiple small to medium projects and coordinate administrative and technical work for efficient, cost-effective delivery. Develop project plans
• manage budgets, schedules, programs, communications, documentation, and team assignments
• estimate fees and scope
• and prepare proposals, contracts, and change orders. Use BIM, Deltek, and other project administration and construction documentation software. The role may serve as primary client liaison or project architect.
