Senior Living Pharmacy Account Manager

• Develop client-retention strategies with the Director, Senior Living Account Management
• manage client relationships

• own issue escalation and resolution
• maintain CRM records
• provide pricing and contract-renewal recommendations
• prepare business-review materials
• train clients on products and resources
• support solution selling and facility transitions.
