What you'll do

• Assist with management of nursing services
• provide clinical leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• monitor resident care and individualized care plans
• conduct rounds and assess clinical needs
• assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and daily operations
• monitor medication administration, treatments, documentation, and physician orders
• follow up on changes in resident condition
• support quality improvement, incident investigations, corrective action plans, regulatory compliance, care-plan meetings, survey readiness, and staff education and mentorship.
