The Specialist Fleet Operations Driver role is onsite in Arvada, CO, with compensation of $31–$34 per hour plus bonus. The role moves materials, tooling, and equipment among company sites, vendors, and carrier terminals while supporting warehouse receiving and helping establish fleet and Department of Transportation compliance processes. It contributes to reliable, safe logistics for Crusoe’s operations.

What you'll do

• Operate non-CDL commercial vehicles within a 150-air-mile radius
• execute pickups and deliveries, verify bills of lading, and capture proof of delivery. Complete inspections and driver vehicle inspection reports, maintain hours-of-service records, load and unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks, coordinate vehicle maintenance and documentation, support warehouse receiving, track fleet costs, and communicate route updates.
