What you'll do

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, and youth-related program participants
• verify credentials and visitor authorization
• maintain visitor logs and direct individuals
• monitor entry and exit points
• deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activity
• respond to incidents and disturbances
• conduct patrols of assigned areas, perimeters, and access points
• document observations and report maintenance or access-control issues.
