What you'll do

• Lead customer onboarding and assess technical readiness for deployment and network configuration
• advise on software deployment practices and architecture options
• serve as principal technical advisor for key accounts
• guide complex deployment, integration, and technical continuity
• collaborate with account teams to support customer outcomes
• plan technical solutions and enhancements while mitigating risks
• liaise between customers, product teams, and technical support
• participate in resolving high-severity cases.
