The manager ensures the quality and timely delivery of customer orders while driving lean manufacturing methodologies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain safety standards.

What you'll do

• Lead designated value stream to meet schedule dates and reduce inventory
• manage approximately 90 employees including supervisors and hourly workers
• partner with Operational Excellence to establish priorities
• ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
• oversee problem resolution for operational and mechanical issues.
