What you'll do

• Develop, organize, and operate nursing services for the Skilled Nursing department
• collaborate with the Resident Care Director
• report significant clinical developments
• coordinate outside services
• maintain nursing schedules and assignments for 24-hour coverage
• order nursing supplies and equipment
• support associate orientation
• attend assurance meetings and policy reviews
• serve on-call on weekends and after normal working hours
• assume Administrator responsibilities in their absence.
